Planned Giving
Tomorrow is in your hands today. You can help future generations right here in our community.

There are several options available to meet your individual circumstances and allow you to continue caring for our community. While providing a significant gift to the community you cherish, you may also gain tax and income advantages for yourself and/or your heirs.
Many charitable gift planning options entitle you to significant tax benefits. Usually, such gifts are funded with appreciated assets, such as stock or real estate for the greatest tax benefits; however, cash can be used as well.
Planned gifts may be made during your lifetime or after death via a bequest.

It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be... - Isaac Asimov
