Donating your time is an excellent way to invest in your community. Upper Valley United Way is committed to helping active citizens find volunteer opportunities that meet their interests and fit their schedules.
Upper Valley United Way Needs YOU!!!
The distribution of United Way funds in the community involves over 30 community volunteers who review grant applications and visit non-profit organizations to determine how to best meet the needs of the community. You can be a part of the process.
Committee members meet from March to May for approximately 2 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to learn about the community, meet other engaged citizens and help impact the greatest needs in the Upper Valley. If you would like to learn more about the Grant Review Committee, please click here to email us.
Are you interested in what your friends and neighbors are concerned about. Do you want to be a part of learning about what resources are available to help people in the community. Community Needs assessment volunteers will help us to collect data from community forums from January to April of 2008. If you would like to organize a community meeting, please click here to email us.
United Ways of New Hampshire and United Ways of Vermont want to help you find a volunteer opportunity. If you do not find a volunteer opportunity using the link below, please check back in the future.
